Our quest for internet has begun to take some interesting turns. And while I don't want to say too much yet, I will say that I spent a good part of the day cleaning and preparing for an install crew.
So since I had to do that anyway, I took the opportunity to clean and prepare for a couple of things in studio. I wanted to share both the new look and a couple of insights on what's coming...
The first thing you'll notice is one shelf is now completely empty. That has been re-cleared for when the new Guinea pigs arrive. It will be converted to a hang out for them so they can stay close in the studio, but also have a fully enclosed and darkened area so they can avoid the lights if they so choose.
The other change isn't so obvious, but for now it's not supposed to be. All of the items on the top shelf are very easily moved. So any time we go to do a show that involves a black screen (like PLUR) or a Blue Screen, all I have to do is swap the top and bottom shelves, and wrap the screen around the cloth boxes to hold it in place. The screen will then drape right over the shelves themselves, hiding them.
Outside of all that, it was really time to clean and reorganize. I hope you all like the look!
