Granny's Guide on Where to Build
So You Want to Build
Good. That’s the point.
But let’s not pile up like raccoons around a trash can.
📍 Spread Out From Spawn
Please build away from spawn.
Building too close to spawn:
-
Increases traffic across your build
-
Creates overlapping claims
-
Makes everything look cluttered
Spreading out:
-
Protects your space
-
Keeps things organized
-
Reduces accidental chaos
If you want peace and quiet, distance is your friend. Take it from a gal who knows.
🛑 Current Claim Status
At the time of this writing:
There is no claim protection plugin installed yet.
We are working on it.
Until then, we are using a temporary guideline:
🏞 1 Claim Per Biome Rule
-
One primary build per biome.
-
Massive biomes (like large plains) are flexible.
-
If you want to build near someone, ask them first.
-
If a claim owner doesn’t mind neighbors, they may waive the rule — but that conversation happens before building.
This keeps things fair until proper protections are in place.
🤝 The Golden Rule
This is a shared creative space. If you wouldn’t do it in someone’s living room, don’t do it here.
- Ask first.
- Communicate clearly.
- Assume good intent.
And if we have to step in, we will.
Calmly. With authority.
