First things first — thank you for your patience. It’s been a little while since our last Weekly Flow, and that’s because the past few weeks have been intense in the best possible way. Everything has been focused on setting us up strong for January, so let’s dive right into what’s been accomplished — and what’s coming next.

🎨 Recent Focus: Character Development

The last few weeks have been centered around character development for both the game (see above) and our YouTube content.

We’re currently designing Little Sis live on stream, with Sarge’s character, Sal, up next. My hope is to have both characters wrapped up by early next week so we can roll straight into the next phase.

🎁 Launching in January

In addition to all the above, two major launches are nearly here:

• The Bear of Sharing charity merch line (benefitting cancer research) launches Friday, 01/02/26

• The Member Music Store launches on or before January 16th

💚 A Heartfelt Note on the Big Bald Birthday Bash

I’ve been asked whether we’ll be doing a Big Bald Birthday Bash this year — and I’ve decided not to. I want to share why.

You are a group of people I’ve come to love very deeply over the years. You’re where my focus belongs. Day in and day out, you support me in ways both big and small, and you’ve made every day feel like a celebration — even during the hardest moments.

With the amount of personal and internal growth that’s happened this past year, a celebration that isn’t rooted in us as a community just doesn’t fit anymore.

There’s also a practical side to this. I’m currently working on a new giveaway system and a few other surprises that should be ready sometime in January. With so much new joy, creativity, and community-focused goodness coming, funneling it all into a single day would honestly be a disservice to everything else we’re building.

There’s already so much to celebrate. We don’t need to add another event to a month that’s already overflowing with love and momentum.
