It's been a while since I've done a blog post to catch you up on everything. We have a lot to talk about, and I mean a lot.
So lets dive right into it...
YouTube and Hytale
The biggest news of the week, and the reason I've been so heads down.
This week we launched the first four episodes of "Dispatches from the Hytale Rift" introducing Stanton, Granny, Richard, Squirrel and Battle...along with some appearances by yours truly. The first four shorts launched this week as well, and we have anough shorts to support the video for the next three weeks. We'll take that time putting the next video and shorts together.
The videos themselves turned out great, and the initial results are excellent...even better than I was hoping for on the first round. So expect a whole lot more going forward, especially seeing as I'll be able to blend in my own animations in over time. This is going to be a great stepping stone into full animation.

The Internet and Live Streams
Ah yes, my favorite topic lately. And no, we are no further along than we were before. I'd get into how the tech appointment went on Tuesday, but it's like listening to a song on repeat: They can't find anything. They try "something" to help. We end up back where we were before.
So rather than dwell there, let me get right into how we'll be handling Live Streams going forward until this is completely resolved:
Streams will still run every Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday from 12pm - 4pm ET. We will always try to stream, but in the event the stream starts having a lot of problems we will move into the Discord public voice channel for the remainder of the stream. This way we can hang out and talk while we continue to work.
Please note that Friday nights have been removed. More on that in a future post...

If you go to the Membership page right now to see what's going on, you'll see some directly stated benefits, and many more with question marks. The page is in process, so keep this in mind...
In terms of existing benefits, you're losing nothing. All existing benefits are still in place, but we are going to be improving them to include benefits that appear in our YouTube videos and eventually our game as well. Individual announcements will be made as these new benefits become available, but there's one already out there!
Member and Patron Credits now appear at the end of YouTube videos!
If you've watched to the end of any of our full-length Hytale videos, you've seen the credits scroll by already! The credits will, of course, still play during live streams as well.
